Tamworth have bolstered their midfield roster by signing a 21-year-old who netted 29 goals across all competitions last season.
Joel Carta joins the Lamb Ground set-up on loan from Kettering Town following a short temporary stint at Grantham Town.
The 6 foot 4’ powerhouse netted nearly 30 times from midfield during his time with Corby Town in the 2018/19 season.
He previously was on the books of the academies of Coventry City, Shrewsbury Town and Mansfield Town prior to a spell at Harrowby United.
Carta is expected to be in this afternoon’s squad as Southern League Central leaders Tamworth take on Stratford Town.
