Midland Football League Division 1 outfit Stapenhill enter the new week with a new manager in the hot seat after their previous boss left for “personal reasons”.
Kieran Webster stepped down from his role on Sunday after 13 games in charge, winning three times and drawing five as The Swans sit 10th.
Managerial duo Mick Wood and Scott Taylor return to Edge Hill to take up the vacancy after helping Stapenhill survive the drop last campaign.
A spokesperson for Stapenhill FC said: “Kieran Webster has stepped down as Stapenhill manager for personal reasons.

“After 13 games in charge over a 4 month spell in what has been a difficult period, disrupted by the weather.
“We would like to thank Kieran for his efforts. And wish him all the best for the future.
“Mick Wood and Scott Taylor return to Stapenhill FC to fill the vacant management position.
“With 12 games of the season left (Covid-19 permitting), the managerial duo who did a fantastic job keeping us up last season have stepped in!”
