Moddershall & Oulton CC release special NHS shirts

North Staffordshire & South Cheshire (NSSC) Premier Division outfit Moddershall & Oulton Cricket Club has released a special shirt thanking the NHS for its work battling the coronavirus outbreak.

The club teamed up with kit suppliers Macron’s Stoke branch to produce the tops that read ‘Thank You NHS’ on the front.

The sportswear company is running a campaign where sports teams can create their own ‘thank you’ T-shirt with their badge on the front.

Macron will give a “percentage” of the sales made from the shirts to the service with Moddershall & Oulton stating that they are available to order from now until Monday.

A spokesperson for the NSSC club said: “We’re pleased to say that we have teamed up
with Macron Store Stoke to help raise funds for the NHS.

“A percentage of (the money from shirt sales) is being donated by Macron to the local NHS!

“Please bear in mind that these are euro sizes so we suggest you order one size larger than you normally wear.

“Please have orders in by Monday, May 11 at 10pm.”
